1. Hosting & recurring services

You may request a full refund within 7 days of the first payment for new hosting plans, unless excessive resources have been used.

2. Domain registrations

Domain fees are non-refundable once the domain is registered, in line with registry rules.

3. Custom development & design

Refunds are calculated based on work delivered up to the cancellation date.

4. How to request

Email us with your order number; we respond within 5 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
